Return Hairs:

Our lace products are meticulously hand-knotted. You may notice short hairs on lace products known as "return hairs." When the hair is knotted onto the lace, there is a short piece on one side of the knot, usually 2-3 inches, with the long hair on the other side of the knot. More coarse textures may have more noticeable return hairs. These hairs can be laid down with a wax stick and a hot comb and are not considered defects.

We advise against bleaching or altering the product in anyways, as this can Compromise the original integrity of the product and may lead to shedding or matting due to its delicate nature. Instead, use high-quality grid knot concealer or lace tints as a safe and effective alternative to maintain durability and beauty.

Handling:

Handle lace products with care. We are not responsible for tangles or damages caused by improper handling during or after co-washing. Most issues with lace products can be avoided by handling them gently during co-wash and installation. Please follow the instructions in the hair care guide for proper care and maintenance of all our hair products.
