Return Hairs:

Our lace products are meticulously hand-knotted. You may notice short hairs on lace products, known as "return hairs." These occur when hair is knotted onto the lace, leaving a short piece (usually 2-3 inches) on one side of the knot, with the longer hair on the other side. Coarser textures may have more noticeable return hairs. These can be laid down using a wax stick and a hot comb and are not considered defects.

Bleaching:

We do not recommend altering this product in any way — including, but not limited to, bleaching or lightening the lace or hair. Such modifications can compromise the product’s original integrity and may lead to issues such as matting or shedding due to its delicate nature. For a safe and effective alternative, we recommend using high-quality grid knot concealers or lace tints to maintain durability and appearance.

Handling:

Handle the lace gently. We are not responsible for tangles or damages caused by improper handling during or after co-washing. Most issues with lace products can be avoided by proper and gentle handling during co-washing and installation.
